We will always aim and make every effort to get your items shipped to you as qucikly as possible without any issues or problems.
All of our products are located within Australia and shipped from Australia, with warehouses usually located either in Victoria or New South Wales. This depends on the levels of stock and demand.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free and will be free while we continue to be an australian operated store, we want our customers to be able to not have to worry about extra shipping costs when they buy a product from our store!
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number to follow while your order is in transit.

Please note that whilst our products are stored and shipped from Australia, they are not made in Australia. Our products are typically made in China to ensure lower prices for you, our customer.
How long does it take to recieve my items?
Our hard-working team processes all orders within 24 hours of purchase. This can extend to 48 hours during holiday seasons and public holidays.
You will typically receive your order within 4–14 business days of placing your order. This is excluding any delays caused by couriers.
If you are on the tail end of the delivery period, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
This doesn’t occur often but can during busy periods, with most of this being out of our control and within the control of the postal services. If you have any questions, please contact us via our Contact Us page, but please be assured that your order will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
